This Website Privacy Policy sets forth our policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of certain personally identifiable data (“Personal Data”) relating to an individual’s use of HWCO.CPA. Your use of HWCO.CPA signifies your understanding and acceptance of the terms of this Website Privacy Policy. This Website Privacy Policy is incorporated into the HW&Co Website Terms and Conditions which governs your use of HWCO.CPA.
Personal Data: When you send HW&Co an e-mail request or inquiry through the “Contact Us”, “Subscription Center”, or “Connect with HW&Co” sections of HWCO.CPA, HW&Co may obtain Personal Data which might include your name, postal address, phone number, e-mail address and other information relating to your inquiry/request. HW&Co may also obtain Personal Data which might include your name, postal address, phone number, e-mail address and other employment-related information as part of any recruitment processes and when you use the “Apply Online” section of HWCO.CPA.
This Personal Data is kept for a specific period of time as defined in our Information Retention Policies unless there is a HW&Co business need for keeping the Personal Data longer.
HW&Co also may collect additional Personal Data from you from time to time through other forms on HWCO.CPA, through e-mail correspondence, and through other online means. The Personal Data collected will be the minimum needed to enable HW&Co to deal with your request.

Consent to Processing: By providing any Personal Data to HWCO.CPA, you fully understand and consent to the transfer of such Personal Data to, and the collection and processing of such Personal Data in, the United States.

Due to the open nature of the Internet, HW&Co cannot guarantee that any information stored, or transmitted to or from you, will be free from unauthorized access. By using HWCO.CPA, you acknowledge that you understand and agree to assume these risks.
In the unlikely event that HW&Co believes that the security of your Personal Data in HW&Co’s possession or control may have been compromised, HW&Co may seek to notify you. If a notification is appropriate, HW&Co will endeavor to do so as promptly as possible under the circumstances, and, to the extent HW&Co has your e-mail address, HW&Co may notify you only by e-mail.
HW&Co shall not be liable for any disclosure, unauthorized use, loss, damage, expense, harm or inconvenience resulting from the loss, delay, interception, corruption, intervention, misuse or alteration of any Personal Data due to any reason beyond HW&Co’s reasonable control.
Access and Correction: HW&Co does not assume responsibility for confirming the ongoing accuracy of your Personal Data. You can request correction, update and deletion of your Personal Data via e-mail sent to your representative, or through the “Contact Us” section of HWCO.CPA, and HW&Co will use reasonable efforts to service your request. To correct, update or delete your Personal Data, HW&Co may ask for your cooperation and have you verify your identity while servicing your request.
